Utilizing cutting-edge tools to identify and source passive candidates in a proactive manner, Elly draws out advanced and innovational talent in alignment with client needs. Elly is a passionate problem solvers who brings rigorous research skills across a variety of industries, competitive industry insights, executive functions, and position specifications.
Formerly in higher education, Elly recruited undergraduate, graduate, international and transfer students at both public and private institutions, Elly excelled at reflecting the strengths of the institutions she represented and making a student’s entry as seamless as possible. She brings this same competency to the executive search process, providing both clients and candidates the best experience possible.
Elly completed her undergraduate degree in Communication and English from William Jewell College. Outside of executive search, she enjoys home remodeling projects, hiking, cycling, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals.
