Hannah Phillips

Hannah has successfully recruited for a variety of functional roles, including engineering, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and nonprofit leadership.

Hannah is passionate about personality assessment as a tool for both leadership selection and team coaching. She holds general and advanced certifications with Hogan Assessment Systems and supports Occhio’s clients with in-depth interpretation, feedback, and analysis.

As a former career coach, Hannah values the candidate experience and understands that each candidate interaction reflects the hiring organization’s brand and reputation. Hannah’s nonprofit background provides first-hand knowledge of the nuances of the industry, including fundraising and development strategies, board engagement, and program operations.

When not recruiting, Hannah loves spending time with her husband and daughter, singing and playing the piano, reading speculative fiction, and baking. She values holistic wellness and loves placing individuals in new organizational contexts where they can individually thrive and positively impact their communities.
